1. Object & Scope

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (hereafter “Terms”) apply to all services of the IRAL® Method purchased via Stripe. By making a purchase, the client accepts these Terms without reservation.

2. Services Provided

• Mini-Pilot Sessions (3 × 20 minutes)

• Audit & Review Session (20 minutes, one-time, non-refundable)

• Focus Plan (6 × 20 minutes over 2 weeks)

• Intensive Plan (10 × 20 minutes over 2 weeks)

• Full Commitment Pack (75 × 20 minutes, approx. 3 months, available in one payment or split into two installments)

• Renewal Plans (continuation without initial audit)

3. Prices & Payment

• Prices are indicated in USD and payable securely via Stripe.

• Taxes: not applicable under Italian forfait regime (N2.2).

• Payment is required in full before scheduling sessions, except for the Full Commitment Pack which may be paid in two installments (split payment).

4. Booking & Scheduling

• Sessions are confirmed after payment.

• Sessions are conducted online via videoconference (Google Meet or another secure platform).

• The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, functioning computer, microphone, and webcam. The facilitator cannot be held responsible for client-side technical failures.

• Late arrivals: up to 5 minutes delay is tolerated. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time. Beyond 5 minutes, the effectiveness of the session may be compromised, and the facilitator reserves the right to disconnect. In this case, the session will be considered delivered and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Rescheduling

• Sessions cannot be cancelled, but may be rescheduled up to 48h before the scheduled start time, within the validity period of the chosen package.

• Sessions missed without 24h prior notice are considered delivered and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Renewal & Termination

• Focus and Intensive Plans renew automatically every 2 weeks.

• Validity: Focus and Intensive Plans must be completed within 2 weeks of purchase.

• The Full Commitment Pack must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of a 2-week cycle.

• In case of holidays or exceptional circumstances such as illness, renewal can be paused at the end of the current cycle, provided a 48h prior notice is given.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Clients may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has yet been delivered.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided, except in cases of:

• duplicate payment,

• proven technical error, or

• withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has yet been delivered.

9. Force Majeure

If a session cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical failure, force majeure), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.

10. Intellectual Property

The IRAL® Method is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer

The IRAL® Method is an educational and cognitive stimulation method. It does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment, and no specific results are guaranteed. Individual progress may vary.

13. Communication

All communication regarding rescheduling, withdrawal, or support must be sent by email to christophe@iralmethod.com

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bologna, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
